Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cups of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cups of chocolate chips
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 2 crushed bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 3 tablespoons of melted margarine
- 1/2 cups of sliced almonds
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the oatmeal with the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and sparks.
In another bowl, combine the almond milk with the banana, egg and vanilla. Add the margarine little by little without stopping beating. Join the two mixtures until they are well integrated.
Pour into a previously greased and floured brownie pan, spread with the help of a spoon and cover with the almonds.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked. Let cool and serve.

Accompanies with a glass of almond milk.
You can substitute the almonds with nuts.
