Eating cookies is part of a balanced diet, thanks to the energy contribution of its macronutrients, and the vitamins and minerals they contain.
The advantage of cookies is that their energy contribution is easily modulated. This allows you to choose the amount you take in each moment. That is why they are ideal on their own or combined with food: milk, yoghurts, fresh cheeses, fruits, juices, jams or chocolate.
- 1 kg of American cream ice cream
- 3 packages of Oreo cookies, the common ones with chocolate and cream
- 500 grams of fudge
Allow the ice cream to melt a little so that it is manipulable
Put a base of ice cream in a bowl as a layer. Another one of dulce de leche and the last one of Oreo like this until the ingredients are finished. The last layer of whole cookies to decorate. Grind the cookies by hand (this is a bit messy but if you have kids you will love it)
Take it to the fridge for about two hours (the colder the better) and that's it!
