You will love this fish breaded with almonds

Prepare these grouper fillets for your meal with a crunchy breaded almond and a touch of parsley.

Ingredients

You can substitute the grouper fillets for bream fillets

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the almonds, parsley and garlic. Set aside.

Beat the eggs with the onion powder and season with salt and pepper. Dip the grouper fillets over the egg and bread them with the almond mixture. Place the fillets on a tray, spray with oil spray on both sides and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve with a soybean germ salad.

Tips

Serve on a large plate, accompanied by a germ salad.

For a more economical option you can substitute the grouper fillets for bream fillets.
